| Is it safe to put insulation on the interior of the plywood? likke they do to absorb sound from a dishwasher? <<<<In addition, 3/4" plywood cut to fit the three flat surfaces of the dehumidifier will reduce noise significantly. Also refrigeration tubing rubbing on the case may create noise. Insulated flex ducts are also benefical is vibration reduction. Keep us posted. Ken
