Product Consultant

Working under the general direction of the Inside Sales Manager, this position is a key member of the Sales and Marketing team. This position is responsible for contributing sales revenue by managing, reviewing, documenting and following-up on customer calls, inquiries and requests. The candidate will develop and maintain customer and competitor databases in a detailed oriented manner. The individual will review and update technical data sheets, product advertising and sales literature and also assist with special sales and marketing projects as assigned.
